The Alpha Phi Foundation is providing the opportunity to put an AED in EVERY chapter house. We would love to say you, our alumnae, provided one for Omega.
AED stands for Automated External Defibrillator, a portable device that can be used by anyone to treat sudden cardiac arrest. But the real power of these devices is they give everyone the power to help save a life.
Each AED costs $1,500. That’s all that is needed to have a direct impact on Omega.
In one day, since the Foundation announced the program on Tuesday, December 2, several chapters have already fully funded their AED. Let’s add Omega to that list.
